  • Any changes to the booking, including name corrections, travel dates, or additional requests, must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.
  • Customers are required to review their booking details and ensure that all information, including dates, destinations, and personal details, are accurate.
  • The agency reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or supplier unavailability. Customers will be notified promptly, and alternative options or refunds will be provided as applicable.
  • Payments must be completed as per the timelines provided in the invoice. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.
  • The agency is not responsible for any service delays or interruptions caused by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or transportation services.
  • Travels, including e-tickets, vouchers, and itineraries, will be shared after full payment is received.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will result in a 75% refund of the package cost.
  • Cancellations made between 15-30 days before departure will result in a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure.
  • No-shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the entire package cost.
